Continuous Improvement Analyst

Make an impact as a Continuous Improvement Analyst at Ewals Cargo Care!

Are you analytical, solution-oriented and experienced in driving logistics improvements? Do you want to work in an international environment where you lead strategic supply chain projects and collaborate with customers? Then this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career!

Please note: This position is open only to candidates eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship.

What will you do?

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will take ownership of improvement projects from concept to implementation for the Ewals Group. You will work on optimizing logistics services, improving processes, and delivering data-driven solutions that make a real impact.

You will achieve this by:

  • Managing and executing improvement projects with clear timelines and deliverables;
  • Analyzing supply chain flows and control tower processes to identify optimization opportunities;
  • Designing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with customers during improvement events and acting as a trusted advisor;
  • Supporting tenders and carrier procurement with advanced analyses and project coordination;
  • International travel every now and then is part of the role for customer workshops and project roll-outs.

We connect: Your team

You will join an informal, non-hierarchical CI team of about 7 colleagues where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key. Together, you work on tactical and strategic improvements that truly make a difference for our customers. During your onboarding, you will get to know the organization, systems, and processes and gain insight into how Ewals Cargo Care facilitates its logistics services.
