Aim of the job:

As an Financial employee you are responsible for a complete, correct and timely processing of financial data within the specific field of expertise. Ultimate goal is to serve the business in the most optimal way.

Activities:

• Complete, checked and validated input of accounts payable data (purchase invoices, SBI’s) to the system in order to book it. Comment OCR templates for automatic invoicing and checking correctness of master data;
• Timely and accurately data processing. Booking of purchase invoices and SBI’s within agreed payment terms and timely before month end closing;
• Comprehensive reporting to internal and external relations about booked invoices, internal processes and possible inconsistencies;
• Follow up on inconsistencies in order to prevent aging creditors subledger;
• Adherence to compliance requirements within specific expertise area. Knowledge about purchase vat requirements of specific country and legislation;
• Actively communicating with internal colleagues and external partners to serve the business in the most effective way.

Requirement to fulfill the job:

• Knowledge level: Secondary vocational education or university level in economics;
• Experience: Basic experience in related field requested;
• Language: Good knowledge of Slovak and English language(B2);
• Specific knowledge / skills:  Work well with MS office applications, specifically with Excel, Outlook, basic bookkeeping knowledge advantage.
