How will you make an impact?

In this role, you guide our financial controlling team toward operational excellence while shaping the long‑term financial direction of our organization. You build strong connections across departments, translate complex data into clear insights, and foster a positive, empowering environment where professionals can develop their full potential.

What will you do?

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial controllers—focusing on growth, ownership, and future readiness.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles and support strategic decision‑making with meaningful insights.
  • Strengthen internal controls and support audits with confidence and structure.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to more efficient and digitalized financial operations.

How will you get here?

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior professional role.
  • Experience with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  •  A people-oriented leadership style—trust-based, empowering, relaxed, and approachable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate figures into strategic advice.
  • A proactive mindset: able to think big, think ahead, and connect the dots across the organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; you enjoy networking and building relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a solid understanding of financial modeling.
  • Fluent in English.
