How will you make an impact?

As our Traffic Operator Logistics, you will play a key role in optimizing our logistics operations. Your work ensures that cargo moves efficiently, accurately, and cost‑effectively from start to finish. You will be the critical link connecting our customers with our carriers and drivers, using data and digital tools to improve performance and drive operational excellence.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate the daily flow of transportation activities, including cargo receipt and dispatch;
  • Plan optimal routes and streamline logistics processes;
  • Manage freight contracting and carrier communication;
  • Track deliveries and proactively resolve issues to ensure on‑time performance;
  • Use data and digital tools to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

 

How will you get here?

Education & Experience

  • Relevant work experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this role;
  • Experience in transportation, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role is an advantage;
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field  is a preference.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong customer service mindset;
  • Ability to perform well under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
