Junior Customer Service Employee

In this role, you will eventually manage your own key account. You will be the first point of contact for our customer and manage all order requests from start to finish. Quality, unburdening, and service orientation are paramount in this role! The challenge lies in the international nature of our customer and the fact that you thoroughly investigate, complete, and edit orders before you can place them. You then process these through our internal systems and carriers. You are responsible for handling the planning of orders, shipping, and archiving. You will be trained by our team leader customer service and will get to know multiple customers, colleagues, and systems in the department through a thorough training program. The team consists of 16 passionate and driven people with a flat and informal structure.

What will you do?

  • You will be trained to be the first point of contact for our key account customers;
  • You are responsible for entering and checking transport data in the system;
  • You consult with the customer regarding loading and delivery times, requirements, and wishes of the customer;
  • You are responsible for accepting loading orders and confirming them to the customer;
  • You solve customer questions and problems and follow up on agreements;
  • You complete orders and files.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Degree in Transport & Logistics or International Trade.
  • You have a good command of Spanish and English. French is a plus.
  • You are enthusiastic, driven, passionate, stress-resistant, and service-oriented;
  • You dare to critically look at your own way of working and have the drive to deliver the best result for this customer;
  • Experience in transport and/or logistics is a plus.
