In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will manage all order requests following all steps: from booking till final delivery. Quality, accuracy and service orientation are paramount in this role. The challenge lies in international nature of our customers and the fact that you thoroughly investigate, complete, and edit orders before you can place them. You then process these through our internal systems and production. You are responsible for handling communication with customers, planning of orders, shipping, and archiving. 

Job Content

  • You will be trained to be the first point of contact for our key account customers;
  • You are responsible for entering and checking transport data in the system;
  • You consult with the customer regarding loading and delivery times, requirements, and needs;
  • You are responsible for accepting loading orders and confirming them to the customer;
  • You answer to customer questions and solve possible problems with focus on follow up on agreements.

You are proactively acting to cope all possible setbacks and focus on keep customers updated.

Job Requirements

  • You have a Degree in Transport & Logistics, International Trade or Economics (other can also be evaluated);
  • You spoke fluently English language. An additional foreign language would be considered as a plus;
  • You are enthusiastic, driven, passionate, stress-resistant, and service-oriented;
  • You dare to critically look at your own way of working and have the drive to deliver the best result for our customers;
  • An experience of at least 2 years in transport and/or logistics is mandatory.
