Freight Management Planner

At Ewals Cargo Polska, you will work on transport solutions for urgent and standard shipments from our customers that have high demands. This is your chance to develop (further) in a challenging, responsible position with a lot of variety and impact.

• Organizing and managing transport orders
• Searching for subcontractors on freight exchanges
• Managing a dedicated fleet of transport subcontractors
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with carriers
• Coordinating and supervising the timely execution of orders
• Reporting in accordance with company standards

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication in English and Polish (written and spoken - minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of the transport process (including transport law, drivers' working hours, mobility package)
• Knowledge of Timocom and Trans.eu
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of vehicle/trailer mechanics
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act under pressure
  

You start with extensive onboarding via the Ewals Academy and a personal buddy program. This way you get to know the systems, processes and colleagues well. You will become part of a well-organized and committed team in which you quickly find your place and can take steps.

You will join a close-knit team of Freight Forwarders and work closely with colleagues in Customer Service, Trucking, Sales and other internal departments.
