The importance of investing in our drivers
Our drivers rated ECC with an 8.51 out of 10 for overall satisfaction in the recent survey, which makes us proud! The survey investigated several areas, including working conditions, job satisfaction, collaboration with colleagues, and opportunities for growth. the Happy Driver project group, as part of the Young Potential Program, dove deeper into the topic of driver retention and driver satisfaction to improve the well-being of our drivers.
The survey reveals a noticeable improvement in working conditions, with drivers expressing high levels of contentment with the facilities provided. Job satisfaction also is on the rise, with drivers expressing positivity about their roles and the supportive environment fostered by Ewals Cargo Care.
