The importance of investing in our drivers

Our drivers rated ECC with an 8.51 out of 10 for overall satisfaction in the recent survey, which makes us proud! The survey investigated several areas, including working conditions, job satisfaction, collaboration with colleagues, and opportunities for growth. the Happy Driver project group, as part of the Young Potential Program, dove deeper into the topic of driver retention and driver satisfaction to improve the well-being of our drivers. 

The survey reveals a noticeable improvement in working conditions, with drivers expressing high levels of contentment with the facilities provided. Job satisfaction also is on the rise, with drivers expressing positivity about their roles and the supportive environment fostered by Ewals Cargo Care.

However, we conduct these surveys to get insight on the possible improvements we could make. We keep working on improving working conditions for our drivers, to make sure they keep being proud to be an ECC driver. Therefore, we will work on improvements that can be made based on the results of the survey, together with the stakeholders.
