Empowering young minds: The Insights from the Young Potential Program 22/23

The first-ever international edition of the Young Potential Program 22/23 has ended. Throughout the program, the enthusiastic young participants had the opportunity to visit our offices in Timisoara, Tegelen, and Barcelona, where the official closing took place.

The program aims to connect employees from different offices all over Europe and different departments to mix their skills and work together on new solutions. It is an excellent learning experience. It enables participants to take up projects, identify and solve issues within the company, and develop ideas to solve them. This year, the program focused on three projects: driver recruitment and retention, a mentoring program, and track & trace of shipments.

• For driver well-being and retention, we found that connecting more in-office operation employees with drivers can create mutual benefits in strengthening the connection and better understanding each other's daily struggles. 

• For employee satisfaction, there is an opportunity to expand our existing mentoring program to all employees and countries. Employees will be given the chance to grow professionally, extend their network in the company quickly, and increase their sense of belonging, allyship and empathetic engagement.

• Track & trace of shipments is an essential feature, and we always need to stay on top of T&T technologies. For this reason, YPP's participants recommended creating a dedicated project group further to elevate the efficiency of our tracking and tracing solution. The end goal is to connect even more customers to the more integrated system.
