As part of our commercial team, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, driving sustainable growth, and helping shape the future of Ewals Cargo Care across Europe.

• Developing and growing long-term partnerships with existing and new key customers.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities within strategic industries and markets.
• Driving commercial activities in line with Ewals Cargo Care's growth strategy.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and solution development to contract negotiation and implementation.
• Collaborating closely with operational and business teams to deliver customer-focused logistics solutions.
• Achieving ambitious sales and growth targets while contributing to the company's long-term success.
• Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for further growth.

• Experience in a sales and account management position, ideally within an international environment
• Ability to build relationships with key customers and a strong results-oriented mindset
• Operational background experiences
• A self-driven, proactive personality who brings new ideas and initiatives
• Willingness to travel (travel is focused on EU - customers, networking)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• At least a secondary school education
