When I joined Ewals Cargo Care, in 2011, I was looking for a role where I could develop myself, work with experienced colleagues, and be part of a transparent and collaborative culture. That is exactly what I found. The organization’s strong focus on professional development, combined with its long-standing stability, made it the perfect place to build my career.

Growing along the way

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to take different steps in my career. I started as a Trucking Planner, then moved into the role of Drivers Manager, and today I am the Manager within the Quality Department.

Each step helped me grow, not only professionally, but also personally. I’ve developed strong communication skills, learned how to work with different types of people, and built empathy and patience.

What has remained constant throughout my journey is the support I’ve received. From my first day until now, there has always been someone ready to guide and encourage me.

Proud of what we achieve together

One of the moments I feel most proud of is the development of our Timisoara entity, especially the start of construction of our new building.

It represents how far we’ve come as a team and the trust placed in us as an organisation. Being part of that journey over the past 15 years makes it truly meaningful.

Advice to new colleagues

If you’re looking for a company that is stable, continuously growing, and offers real development opportunities, ECC is the right place.

My advice: take your time to learn, stay curious, and be open to growth. With the right mindset, you can build a long and rewarding career here.
