Making a difference beyond the driver's seat

What keeps me here is the opportunity to contribute beyond my daily responsibilities. Over the years, I have shared ideas to improve processes for drivers, and seeing those ideas turn into real improvements has been incredibly rewarding.

One project I'm especially proud of, focused on improving the availability of Angers straps. Together with colleagues and management, we developed a solution that made work easier for drivers while also reducing costs for the company.
