Allround Logistics Officer

Ready to take on a versatile role in an international logistics environment? Ewals Cargo Care is looking for an Allround Logistics officer in Zeebrugge who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

How will you make an impact?

In this role, you ensure that daily logistics operations run smoothly from start to finish. By coordinating transport activities, managing administration, and communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders, you directly contribute to service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What will you do?             

• Organize, execute, and follow up on a wide range of logistics activities in line with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Receive, assess, and process transport orders, checking feasibility, pricing, and agreed conditions.
• Handle administrative registration and documentation of transport assignments.
• Support transport planning of ECC units and monitor ongoing shipments.
• Inform colleagues and customers in case of changes, disruptions, or issues.

How will you get here?

Education + Experience

A background or education in logistics is an advantage, but motivation, accuracy, and eagerness to learn are equally important. Experience in an operational logistics or administrative role is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Comfortable working with MS Office and administrative systems;
• Accurate, communicative, and team-oriented with a flexible mindset;
• Willing to work in shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00).
