Young Professional Program

As part of our broader talent development strategy, Ewals Cargo Care offers the Young Professional Program (YPP)—a unique initiative designed for colleagues who have already gained a few years of experience within our organisation and are ready to broaden their horizon. Since its launch in 2006, this two-year talent development initiative has supported young professionals who want to deepen their business insight, expand their international network, and strengthen their cultural sensitivity.

Each year, six new participants from across Ewals Cargo Care join the YPP, forming a diverse cohort that represents all regions, business streams, and on average, seven different nationalities. Together, they form a cross-functional and cross-cultural group that reflects the richness of our matrix organisation.

Participants are encouraged to challenge each other, share perspectives, and co-create ideas that contribute to the future of our company. Many of the concepts developed within the YPP are implemented in our live business environment, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
