Encouraging an active lifestyle
Working at Ewals Cargo Care does not only revolve around actual work. We believe it is important that you feel welcome and appreciated for who you are, and have an opportunity to live a healthy and a balanced life. We therefore offer ergonomic office features such as acoustic walls and adjustable desks, but also sponsor sports events such as the ‘Venloop’, a running event in which many of our colleagues enthusiastically participate. We also host other sports events, such as an international football tournament with colleagues from all across Europe.
Healthy body & mind
Working together gives us many opportunities. To enable a healthy work environment and atmosphere, we facilitate teambuilding activities and festive events such as company barbecues and Christmas celebrations. In addition to stimulating an active and balanced lifestyle, we also offer periodic health checks together with local hospitals. And as a healthy body also requires a healthy mind, we host internal courses to stimulate the mental aspect too, for instance with mindfulness training.
